Personal Training

Through Personal Training you can reach all targets, Lose weight, decrease size, improve your physique, recover from injury, or prevent injury. With an in depth programme designed specifically for you, all goals can be reached with results seen within weeks. Together we will be completing many tried and tested exercises using different training principles.

I can do home training so you can workout in the comfort of your own home, or together we can go to a health and fitness facility. I am available as a Fitness Expert for all media outlets including television, radio, newspapers and magazines. Please contact for further information. I can be hired for film locations or concert tours.

Also available is a tried and tested 8 week Nutrition and Weight Management course. You will receive motivation, nutrition, and fitness advice to manage your weight. This could be fat loss, increasing weight or just to improve your diet.
